Which CyberPower UPS models do you cover?
The full CyberPower lineup: CP and PFC Sinewave desktop units (CP1500AVRLCD, CP1350PFCLCD, CP1500PFCLCD, CP1000PFCLCD and similar), OR rackmount units (OR1500LCDRT2U, OR2200LCDRT2U), PR Smart App Sinewave rack/tower units (PR1500LCDRT2U and up) and OL online double-conversion systems, plus extended battery modules (EBMs).
Do you supply batteries for out-of-warranty CyberPower units?
Yes. We supply replacement battery packs for the full CyberPower range regardless of warranty status, including earlier-generation models. Send us your model number and we match the correct pack.
Where do you ship?
We ship CyberPower replacement batteries and UPS systems across every Canadian province and territory from our Canadian warehouse. Every battery is tested in house before it ships. Sealed lead-acid batteries ship ground only.
