RB1290X2 FAQ
How long does the battery last? The RB1290X2 uses a sealed lead-acid (VRLA) pack with a three-to-five-year service life in normal conditions. Shorter runtime under load, a failed self-test or the Replace Battery indicator means it is time to replace it.
Can I replace the battery myself? On the CP, OR and PR series the battery compartment is front-accessible and the swap takes under fifteen minutes with keyed connectors; written instructions ship with every set.
How does it ship? From our Canadian warehouse by ground service to every province. Each battery is tested in house before it ships. Bulk quotes within 4 business hours.
